Pang Choon Guan’s has more than 20 years of experience as an education professional in Singapore schools. He has held several positions such as Vice-Principal, Head of Department for ICT and Science, and currently, School Staff Developer. During his time in the Ministry of Education’s Educational Technology Division, he was involved in spearheading projects under the ICT Masterplan, such as consultancy to schools, capacity building of school leaders and teachers. His current research interests include educational leadership styles, school leadership, approaches to enhance the learning of science, professional development of teachers, virtual/augmented reality learning environments, using virtual worlds to teach science, constructivist learning, and development of pedagogical models to support the diffusion of educational technology innovations.
