Gary is a technology integrationist, systems administrator and former COETAIL graduate who has worked in Asia for 17 years in Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea. He started his career as a middle school math and science teacher but soon came to learn the potential of transformational technology and impact that it can have on teaching and learning. He has made a career from teaching professionals on how to become better educators and how to leverage technology to help expedite assessment, create new learning products and improve feedback on student learning. Gary holds a M.A. in Education and is a frequent presenter at Asia Pacific conferences such as Learning 2.0, 21st Century Learning, The Vietnam Tech Conference, KORCOS Korea and is a workshop leader and keynote speaker for Google Apps events. Starting in summer of 2019, his family will be travelling around the world to explore far flung destinations and homeschool their daughter using mobile technology.
