The form in which student voice and student government takes, varies from school to school. Throughout the years our school has experimented with different versions of the Student Representative Council (SRC). We asked, how can we get these young people of different age groups to really connect with each other first, so that they can connect with the needs of the student body? The presentation will explain our current model of our SRC Form Group made up of students from Y8 through Y12. We will discuss the successes, the challenges and the explore the student experience within this model.
