Should a teacher be a friend or a coach? Should a teacher be an energizer or a disciplinarian? Over time, the consensus has been that the best teachers are a combination of all the above and many more elements. Our work in the field of creating an impact and memorable presence, has led us to conclude that it comes down to two key concepts – Prominence and Gravitas. Prominence is defined as how much or how little you’re noticed, and gravitas is about how much or how little weight, power and authority you speak or act with.

Workshop Objectives:
  • Recognize your own levels of Prominence and Gravitas
  • Discover the right combination of P&G for different situations
  • Apply the concept to your own professional and personal situations and determine the right impact for each situation
