The 21st Century Learning Conference is an annual event in Hong Kong where teachers, staff, and school leaders come together to learn, share and discuss current & emerging topics in education with thought leaders, technology, and learning experts, and their peers. With over 650 attendees from 33 countries, it is the event of choice for a diverse international audience. The event blends together inspirational keynotes, practitioner-led workshop sessions, and fun networking opportunities.

Ed’s dedication in building partnerships and a practical approach to innovation through the lens of STEAM in education are evident through his teaching and learning through piloting and implementing tech into the classroom to promote authentic, interdisciplinary, and purposeful learning. He has presented workshops in English and Cantonese to "show" thinking with the use of visual tools adapted from Project Zero, Thinking Maps, and Reading & Writing Workshop. Ed’s teaching and learning spans from Pre K-12 in public, magnet, charter, and private schools in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, and Hong Kong. Currently, Ed is an Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Certified Innovator, and the Year 5 Learning Leader at Chinese International School in Hong Kong.
